Shane, I think the problem is using WD-40 as a cleaner, it has some petroleum solvents in it that will ruin the rubber seals in the cylinder and caliper. You should immediately get seal kits for both and use brake cleaner, denatured alcohol, or brake fluid for a cleaner and extensive flushing. If the WD-40 got into the brake line it is probably ruined also as it is rubber lined. That will be expensive and you may be able to find an aftermarket replacement that is better and less expensive.
